“I live in California but was driving through Albuquerque on a 7 Month Rd. trip when my back and neck slipped out of alignment. I normally go to a structural chiropractor back in California, but obviously wasn't able to see him when I am 1000 or so miles away. Cue anxiety and stress at not being able to manage the (nerve) pain.
I called doctor Cata and he was willing to connect with my structural chiropractor back in California, he took the time to have that conversation and allowed me to schedule with him, even though I'm not a regular patient.
I'm already sold on the benefits of structural chiropractic, and if you aren't I would absolutely recommend that you give it a try. It has worked wonders on the nerve pain I was having due to in part my scoliosis, and it's not an overstatement to say that it's giving me a second lease on my happiness now that I am nearly nerve pain free.
What I enjoyed specifically about doctor Cata is that every step of the way throughout the adjustment, he shared what he was doing and why. He explained what was out of alignment, how he was testing it, and why he was making the adjustments he was making. It was great not just because I'm interested in learning, but it's really helpful for me to understand the what and why behind what he's doing.
Oh, and for the adjustment itself - I feel great! As I was driving home I felt the pieces falling back into place and the nerve pain subsiding. I'm going to visit him one more time before I head out to the next leg of the journey, and can't be more thankful that he does what he does..”

“ Great experience, the session was efficient, compassionate, and comprehensive. There was an introduction and explanation of cost. After agreeing to the cost of the initial exam $250. Follow up adjustments would be $60. Using x-rays and thermal imaging, the areas of need were identified. Dr Cata treated me with adjustments after diagnosis. So far, so good. My situation is complicated as I have pinched nerves near L1 L2 and sacrum. My neck and shoulders are very sore. Two days after the adjustments, I am able to stand 20 minutes, instead of 5. I can tolerate more movement and stretches. I know I can't solve this overnight but I saw results in 2 days. That's impressive. While waiting to see an orthopedic surgeon and attending PT and advanced pain management, I hope Dr Cata can greatly improve my situation so that my surgeon will say that I don't need surgery.
